Modular Tiles

Our modular tile production line can produce and export an average of 2,095,000 SF of modular tile per year. We process and manufacture the tile starting from the initial stage of raw blocks. Our tiles come with a variety of finishes, including polished, honed, Poco Vecchio, bush-hammered, sandblasted, and more. We offer modular tiles in thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 30mm. Depending on client needs and specifications, we pack our tiles in well-built crates or boxes, applying rigorous packing precautions to ensure their safety. Additionally, we organize shipment and vessel booking to streamline delivery.

Quality control is a critical part of our process. The first step involves agreeing upon a specific color range with our clients, against which the color of the tiles is checked using two samples representing this range. This ensures that the color of each tile meets our stringent standards. The consistency of the tile's finish is also carefully monitored. We compare the finish of each tile to a sample to ensure homogeneity. This process involves several stages of quality control to guarantee that the tiles meets our clients' requirements.
